Ministers' Family Fellowship Day at VMC
Sunday, Sept, 5 is our annual Ministers' Family Fellowship Day at the camp. Bring the entire family and come out for an afternoon and evening of relaxation, fellowship and food.  Dinner time is 6pm.

Assistant Pastor Heath Mullikin has resigned at Denton. Pastor Heath has accepted a call to pastor a church in the South Carolina District.

Local Church News
The Garner New Life Church had it's last service August 29. The church campus will be closed for two weeks and will reopen on September 19 as a satellite church of Durham newhope. Durham newhope Church will use the Garner campus for an extension of their ministry. The September 19 launch will be fully staffed by newhope and the message will be by video. Pastor Gary Tesh who has been serving as Garner New Life pastor, will now serve as Pastoral Care pastor for newhope and campus pastor for the Garner newhope satellite.
